Rules for Buying and Selling on Market.CSGO
These rules are explanations and do not replace the terms of the service.
- General Provisions:
- Our system operates like a marketplace: all sale and purchase offers are created by users. The most favorable purchase and sale options are guaranteed. The system does not guarantee that a better offer will not appear after a deal is completed.
- Any user can sell any item from their inventory. Listing an item for sale does not remove it from the Steam inventory, it just indicates the intention to sell.
- Sales Procedure:
- Once the buyer has paid for the purchase, the seller must transfer the item to our system within 5 minutes. If the item is not transferred, the deal is canceled. It is not possible to cancel the deal before 5 minutes are up.
- The seller is required to remain online for the duration of the sale activity and is responsible for the timely transfer of items to the buyer.
- Deadlines and Responsibilities:
- The deal must be completed within 10-15 minutes. In case of disputed or problematic situations, the administration reserves the right to cancel the deal. If the deal is canceled, the seller may lose money.
- The system cannot transfer an item to your Steam account if the trade is blocked. The system is not responsible for any losses related to this.
- Deposits and Withdrawals:
- The personal account can be topped up using various payment systems, and the deposit is processed instantly after payment. In case of failure and delay of more than an hour, please contact technical support.
- We cannot guarantee that the selected offer will remain available during the account deposit, but the funds will remain in your account for use or withdrawal.
- To top up your account, you need to log in on the website and go to the deposit page. After selecting the deposit amount, you will be redirected to the payment system site.
- Funds can be withdrawn from the personal account at any time to available systems. Withdrawal of unused funds is possible no earlier than 5 days after they are credited to your account. Typically, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes, but delays of up to 5 business days are possible.
